Colombian Luker Chocolate
We use single origin Colombian couverture chocolate. The cocoa has been awarded an accreditation “Fino de Aroma”by the International Cocoa Organisation. Currently only 8% of the cocoa grown has this accreditation. We are proud therefore to use such quality chocolate in our artisan products.
